Rachel Gilroy
Rachel qualified as a solicitor in January 2010 and joined the team in 2020. Rachel specialises in litigation and dispute resolution and, in particular, the areas of defence personal injury and insurance litigation. Rachel acts for a range of international and domestic insurers, self-insured entities, local authorities and state bodies.
Rachel has vast experience acting for clients in all Court jurisdictions across all circuits in the country. Rachel covers the areas of public liability, employer’s liability, motor claims, fatal injuries, fraudulent/suspicious claims, products liability, defamation, and insurance coverage disputes. She has managed numerous complex, large loss and multi-party cases. Rachel also has expansive experience in alternative dispute resolution.
