Donna Kerrigan
Donna specialises in the defence of suspected fraudulent and exaggerated claims and has defended actions at all court levels throughout Ireland. She acts for leading motor, public liability and employers’ liability insurers.
Recent matters include the successful defence of a number of road traffic accident claims across several circuits, and the dismissal of a high-value material damage claim in Dublin. Donna also advises clients on a variety of employers’ liability and public liability claims.
Donna qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She joined Nathaniel Lacy LLP in 2013 and became a Partner in 2018.
Outside work, Donna enjoys Pilates, walking, horse-riding and travel.
