Lisa Mulloy
Lisa specialises in the defence of suspected fraudulent and exaggerated claims. She has acted in matters withdrawn before hearing or formally dismissed in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court, and works closely with clients in developing anti-fraud strategies.
Her wider practice covers public liability, employers’ liability, motor and debt recovery claims for domestic and international insurers and self-insured bodies.
Lisa joined Nathaniel Lacy LLP in 2021, having previously trained and practised for several years with a leading law firm in the West of Ireland.
